B-SIDE Creative Campus, located in Indy’s historic Brookside neighborhood, provides subsidized live, work, and live/work space for emerging, established, and underserved Creatives from various disciplines. As a B-Corp social enterprise founded by artist Walter Lobyn Hamilton, B-SIDE seeks to deliver what all Creatives need: liberty, self-determination, respect, time, safe space, and resources given without exploitative expectations. B-SIDE conducts neighbor-driven community development.

The concept of Creative Care is central to B-SIDE’s mission. Creative Care is a process that assesses and provides spaces, subsidies, and support for a Creative’s personal and professional well-being.
